How does billing work?
Monthly, in advance, on net-7 terms. Card or ACH to Maestro Innovations LLC in Houston. Invoices are in USD and itemized by person.
What are the contract terms?
Month to month after the first 30 days. Scaling down needs 30 days of notice so we can redeploy people rather than lay them off. There is no annual lock-in and no exit fee.
What happens with raises?
Annual review, and we tell you before the rate changes rather than after. Increases are tied to performance and market movement, and we show you the reasoning. Your rate does not change mid-contract without written notice.
Can I move someone onto my own payroll later?
Yes. We publish a conversion schedule on request. The fee decreases the longer the person has been placed with you, and it goes to zero after a defined period. Nothing is invented at the moment you ask.
Why are some roles a range instead of a flat number?
Seniority and specialization move the number inside the range. A React engineer with 5 years sits near the floor. One who has run a platform migration at scale sits near the top. The operations roles are flat because the work is standardized.
Are there any fees on top of the monthly rate?
No. No recruiting fee, no setup fee, no hardware charge, and no foreign payroll administration cost. Nigerian severance and termination costs sit with us as the employer. The monthly rate is what you pay Maestro for that person.
